A More Affordable Way to Buy House Plans

Stock house plans are full sets of drawings, just as custom designs are, but are more generic and capable of fitting on most sites that are fairly flat. The only items that need to be added to these plans are the site plan and specific engineering to your location. Either we can have the engineering done for your or you can take them to your own engineer.

The following plans are designed either as starter homes or for empty nesters, who are downsizing and want the master bedroom on the main floor. Some are the 'Great Room' concept and some are a little larger with the 'Traditional Formal' layout. Each plan has three different fascades: Craftsman, Contemporary, and Traditional. Check on the following plans to see which one might fit your needs.
